We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Consultant / Trainer
The Consultant/Trainer will deliver IT service management consulting and training services to Fox IT clients.
Consulting responsibilities include:
- Participating in IT process assessment and design engagements (either leading small engagements or teaming with other consultants on larger ones)
- Participating in fact-based data gathering, data analysis, prioritization, and development of improvement strategies
- Creating clear and compelling written deliverables (or portions of deliverables as assigned) enumerating advice and recommendations
- Building relationships with clients
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant industry trends
- Identifying potential opportunities for follow-on business
Training responsibilities include:
- Delivering introductory and intermediate-level IT service management training (ITIL, MOF, ISO20000)
- Providing real-world examples to illustrate IT service management concepts
- Employing effective classroom management strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Familiarity with IT service management concepts and processes
- Previous work experience in IT operations and/or support
- Established consulting and training skills
- Ability to comprehend client business objectives and use them to guide consulting work
- Ability to communicate in a logical, concise, and confident manner
- ITIL Foundation Certificate required; ITIL Service Manager Certificate desired
