We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Consultant / Trainer

The Consultant/Trainer will deliver IT service management consulting and training services to Fox IT clients.

Consulting responsibilities include:

  • Participating in IT process assessment and design engagements (either leading small engagements or teaming with other consultants on larger ones)
  • Participating in fact-based data gathering, data analysis, prioritization, and development of improvement strategies
  • Creating clear and compelling written deliverables (or portions of deliverables as assigned) enumerating advice and recommendations
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant industry trends
  • Identifying potential opportunities for follow-on business

Training responsibilities include:

  • Delivering introductory and intermediate-level IT service management training (ITIL, MOF, ISO20000)
  • Providing real-world examples to illustrate IT service management concepts
  • Employing effective classroom management strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with IT service management concepts and processes
  • Previous work experience in IT operations and/or support
  • Established consulting and training skills
  • Ability to comprehend client business objectives and use them to guide consulting work
  • Ability to communicate in a logical, concise, and confident manner
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate required; ITIL Service Manager Certificate desired

  • 25% to 50%
