Fox IT offers an innovative range of assessment services which provide organizations with an independent and objective view of process effectiveness.  These assessments used a structured approach to gather and analyze relevant information and then to produce the output in a format that meets business needs.

Each assessment draws upon Fox IT's many years of proven experience, combined with industry best practice guidelines and frameworks including ITIL, ISO20000, and Microsoft Operations Framework.

Assessment services are categorized as follows:

• Facilitated - A 1-day structured workshop followed up with documented process maturity scores and prioritized recommendations

• Foundation - A 5 day on-site assessment incorporating a combination of interviews, observations and/or documentation review

• Focused - A review of a single process, part of the service operation or IT infrastructure

• Full - An in-depth assessment scoped to meet specific organizational requirements

Deliverables can usually be customized to meet specific client requirements.

Following an assessment, many clients pursue process definition and training as part of their improvement program.
