ISO20000 services

ISO/IEC 20000 is the International Standard for IT Service Management (more commonly known as ISO20000). The journey to achieving ISO20000 has many steps and Fox IT can support you in all or part of this journey using ISO20000 accredited consultants. Our services are designed to support you with two main aims:

• To achieve ISO20000 certification in a pragmatic cost effective way
• To educate and transfer skills and ensure processes are set up such that this compliance is maintained and benefits are gained

The Preparing for ISO20000 consultancy service will support you through all or part of the journey to achieving ISO20000 certification from the initial vision through assessment, improvements, certification and continuing compliance.

The ISO20000 Compliance Assessment is designed to examine and measure the compliance to ISO20000 within the organization, and to identify areas of non-compliance where further work needs to be carried out in readiness for the ISO20000 Certification. Depending on the type of assessment, the deliverables may include:

• The production of an Executive Summary report
• An ISO20000 Compliance score that can be used as a baseline
• Details of major and minor non-compliances found
• Identification of recommendations for correcting non-compliances
• A roadmap for moving forward to achieve ISO20000
• A presentation of the assessment findings
