Fox IT takes a practical and iterative approach to process definition and documentation through a comprehensive set of process templates and small-scale workshops with key client personnel. This approach yields detailed process definitions in less time than starting from scratch.

Workshops focus on a single service management process and examine each process in terms of process activities, workflow, roles and responsibilities.  Templates are customized to reflect the details of the desired state of each process.

Our process definition process is underpinned by foxPRISM, our web-based process documentation tool and knowledgebase that assists in the design, management, and implementation of service management processes and supporting technology. Based on ITIL® and ISO20000 processes, foxPRISM provides a customizable framework onto which organisations can build and publish their own process models.
