free ITIL® self-assessment tool
This free Fox IT tool provides a brief introduction to each of the ITIL v2 processes and a baseline of IT service management process maturity. This baseline can be used to help identify areas for improvement and can act as a pre-requisite for a more detailed assessment. The tools allows users to choose the specific ITIL processes they wish to assess. After a short series of questions, a score and basic recommendations are produced for each process.
